Our new colour apron, made in collaboration with Italian social enterprise, Progetto Quid, is a stylish and practical addition to your colour tool kit. Wear it throughout the colouring process to protect your clothing and demonstrate your commitment to sustainability with Davines.
SupportingsocialinclusivitythroughemploymentBased in Verona, Progetto Quid provides work opportunities for those who are vulnerable to social exclusion - especially women - using training to develop their talents. The social enterprise Quid trained 10 people in tailoring through this project, creating an innovative product from excess fabrics. The collaboration between Davines and Quid celebrates the beauty and strength of talent, in every unique and diverse way.
MadeinItalywithrecycledmaterialsProgetto Quid promotes circularity through recycling, and has developed the new apron using recycled materials sourced from surplus fabrics from the fashion industry, helping us transition away from virgin materials. The material used is a Gabardine made fro recycled Poly-Cotton, a fabric from Dragoni, 100% recycled.
Colour-resistantandmachine-washableThe colour apron is both preventing colour from seeping through the fabric and machine-washable - although we always prefer hand washing if possible, to help the colour stay true and the product last longer.
