Davines’ Hair Art Director is Manchester-born and based in London. He joined Davines in 2019 and has since been responsible for photo campaigns, directing the brand’s hair identity, performing major shows such as Hair on Stage, crafting the World Wide Hair Tour, and developing the bespoke education concept of “Creative Potential.”

With over 20 years of international experience, he began his career in Valencia at just 13 and was already teaching by the age of 20. Seeking further growth, he moved to London to continue his education and later became Creative Director for an international brand in Italy. During this time, he launched the Janpsalon concept and developed his signature cutting method, Stylosophy.

Allilon is an independent, professional hair education company based in London. Founded in 2009 by two passionate friends, Johnny Othona and Pedro Inchenko, their mission is to share the love of craft and provide meaningful, hands-on education to hairdressers at every stage of their career.

Radio is a creative platform for broadcast creativity and celebrates hair. ​Established in 2010, it is one of London's most exciting hair salon brands with a unique, forward-thinking approach to hairstyling. The art team is known for developing their own modern cutting, colouring, and styling techniques, influenced by working at the art of London creative scene and on numerous editorials, hair and fashion shows.​

Established in 2012 and built on over 25 years of experience working alongside Davines, Method Education was founded on a simple yet powerful philosophy: elevating others. Driven by a passion for sharing innovative ideas with fellow hairdressers, he believes in unlocking the true potential within every stylist.

With nearly two decades of experience, Ben is known for his precision cuts and his ability to work with natural movement. His work reflects a blend of love for art, culture, and technical precision. He won Talent Green House in 2024 and his winning look was a fusion of English punk and the early techno era, capturing the raw energy of both worlds.​

Isaac began his professional career as hairstyle and make up artist more than 20 years ago in his native island Menorca. Hairstyle allows him to regain the essence of every person, flowing from the inside out. For that, he has developed his own haircut techniques inspired by Vidal Sassoon’s legacy, maintaining the firm conviction that less is more.

Davide Diodovich is an aesthete and a dreamer, deeply in love with his craft. His professional journey is defined by a constant pursuit of beauty — natural, artistic and refined. A lover of simple, clean and precise forms, Davide is known for his instinctive attention to detail and his unexpected, effortlessly chic signature touches. This refined yet casual sense of style has become his trademark, setting him apart in the industry.

Mirela Zen is an established Hair Stylist & Colorist of Albanian origin, in Italy for more than 20 years and currently lives in Bolzano. She has been working for 12 years at Norma Hair Studio, a well-known Italian salon. Over the years she has collected many personal satisfactions among Milano Fashion Week and photoshootings for various magazines.

Talent Green House is an educational program that empowers stylists to unlock their full potential and become their best creative selves.​
Led by Hair Art Director Tom Connell, the new program blends both inside-industry and outside-industry expertise, offering a well-rounded coaching experience for both personal and professional growth. The main prize is an exclusive Davines scholarship and WWHT2026 will give the Talent Green House finalist the opportunity to showcase their talent to the global Davines community!
