Roch is a celebrated colourist and mentor with more than 30 years in the industry. Over his decades-long career, he has won the prestigious NAHA award from the Pro Beauty Association, Contessa Hair Colourist of the Year from the Canadian Hairstylist of the Year Awards, and Davines’ 2024 Colour Innovator of the Year. Since joining the Artistic Team in 2017, his contributions have included creating the Colour Mentoring Interactive Learning Space, a globally recognised program that mentors hairdressers to become colour mixologists.
