Step

1:
Start with damp hair, then use your fingers to divide the hair into sections. Apply More Inside Medium Hold Modeling Gel at the roots of each section to smooth flyaways.
Kate’s Pro Tip: Make sure your hair is evenly damp before applying any product. This will give you more even results.

2:
Apply More Inside Curl Building Serum from the end of the gel application down to the end of their hair. This gives the curls bounce and hydration where it's needed most.

3:
Divide and detangle each section using a finer-tooth comb for more control.
Kate’s Pro Tip: Always detangle starting from the ends and work your way up to the roots. It’s gentler on the hair and speeds up the combing process.

4:
Divide each section into two equal strands—this will make the look more polished.
Step

5:
Twist one strand over the other, starting at the root. Keep twisting with tension, all the way down to the ends. Try to maintain the same level of tension throughout.
Kate’s Pro Tip: Keep your fingers close to the twist for control. For more polished results, follow the natural fall of the hair.

6:
Toward the ends of the hair, you can bring the two strands together and twist the last inch around your finger. This helps enhance their natural curl pattern and locks the ends together. Repeat the same process all over their head with each section.
Kate’s Pro Tip: In areas where you need more smoothing power, apply Medium Hold Modeling Gel to tame and create a sleek finish.

7:
Let the hair air dry naturally.
Kate’s Pro Tip: Use flat clips to customize the look. Place them at the ends while drying to gently stretch curls for extra length or at the roots to flatten volume (without disturbing the twist’s shape).

1:
Start by gently picking the roots with a comb to add volume.
Step

2:
Apply More Inside Medium Hold Modeling Gel close to the roots, gently massaging and stretching the hair as you go.

3:
Comb individual sections with a wide-tooth comb and apply More Inside Curl Building Serum. Stretch and twist the roots, then wrap the curl around your finger to define it and push it back up.
Nadina’s Pro Tip: Make sure to twist and shape the curl from root to end for uniform, well-defined curls.

4:
Spray More Inside Shimmering Mist on the hair then blow dry on a low heat and low speed, using a diffuser.

Gently scrunch their hair to activate its natural pattern. Pick a few sections visually and twist them around your fingers. This adds structure if they have an inconsistent curl pattern.

3:
Use a diffuser whilst blow-drying their hair on a low speed and low heat. Try to avoid touching the hair too much during drying to preserve the texture.
Birte’s Pro tip: If the hair starts to look fluffy, reapply a small amount of Relaxing Moisturizing Fluid to areas that need extra control.

4:
Once their hair is dry, gently scrunch in More Inside Volume Boosting Mousse to enhance waves, adding body and movement.

Apply Shimmering Mist evenly throughout the hair. This will not only boost shine, but it’ll help the waves blend seamlessly together.

Seeking sleek and polished, but well-shaped? Nadina Del Ray created these sleek waves that are structured but have plenty of volume. They frame the face and hold their shape whilst remaining smooth, responding to a wish for hair colour without commitment and an extra glossy finish.

Step

1:
Apply More Inside Primer from roots to ends on towel-dried hair. Then begin blow-drying.
Nadina’s Pro Tip: Always blow-dry up to create volume on the roots, which will work its way down through the lengths. Point the nozzle in the direction of the hair to avoid frizz and keep the cuticle smooth.
Step

2:
Take a section of hair into the iron, straightening it first, then waving it by “climbing” it through the iron and creating an “S” shape. Push the hair in alternating directions towards the iron. Gently open and close the plates as you move.
Nadina’s Pro Tip: Practice the technique first with no heat or low heat to perfect the movement.
Step

3:
Now you’ll create volume up top. Take small sections of their hair and use the iron in a curved movement at the roots, applying slight tension to build lift. Set the volume by brushing the roots backwards and securing with flat clips. Push gently upward to hold the shape in place.
Nadina’s Pro Tip: Don’t brush through the entire section; focus only on their roots. Place the clips horizontally, following the direction of the volume created.

4:
