    Let’s
    celebrate
    our
    Land
    Keepers

Join the Davines community as we renew our commitments to preserving and regenerating land ecosystems and tackling climate change - and discover the new gift with purpose we’ve developed for your clients.

    How
    Davines
    is
    tackling
    climate
    change

For almost 20 years, we’ve been working to improve our impact on the planet and encourage our communities to get involved too.

And, with our Land Keeper campaign, we’re inviting our salons and clients to get involved too, with exclusive gifts to thank them for supporting thoughtful beauty.

    2006

We took our first steps to measure, reduce, and start offsetting the carbon footprint from our Parma headquarters.

    2018

We started reducing and neutralizing all emissions under our direct control (Scope 1 and 2).

    2022

We formally signed our commitment with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to achieve the Net Zero goal by 2050.

    2024

The Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) validates the science-based greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets submitted by the Group.

    Our
    sustainability
    commitments

    By 2030

    • We aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions per kg of bulk product by 55% compared to 2022.

    • The whole Davines Group Village in Parma will be powered by energy self-generated and from renewable sources.

    By 2050

    • We have approved our Net Zero target by 2050 with the SBTi. The Science Based Target Initiative was launched in 2015 to lead the way towards a net-zero economy, boosting innovation and driving sustainable growth by setting ambitious, science-based emissions reduction targets.

    Our
    decarbonisation
    partner

At Davines, we believe in working together to tackle climate change, on both a global and a local level

    The EthioTrees project

Since 2018, we have been working alongside EthioTrees to neutralize part of our emissions. EthioTrees is a Plan Vivo certified carbon absorption reforestation project in Ethiopia that supports local communities and biodiversity. With strong social and environmental standards, EthioTrees creates a lasting, positive impact on both people and the planet.

    Introducing
    our
    new
    gift
    with
    purpose

At Davines, we believe that every individual’s actions make a difference. As a thank you to clients who choose to make conscious choices with us, we’ve created a new gift with purpose: the Revitalising Hair & Pillow Mist, available only through participating salons with [local activation details].

    OUR
    HERO
    INGREDIENT

    Regenerative
    Organic
    Red
    Clover
    Extract

The Revitalising Hair & Pillow Mist has been developed using Regenerative Organic Red Clover Extract, grown at the Davines Village in Parma, Italy, according to regenerative organic principles. As a perennial plant it provides permanent ground cover and, thanks to its deep root system, sequesters CO2 into the soil, which supports decarbonisation and nourishes the soil.

Red clover also contains polysaccharides, which have moisturising and conditioning properties, helping to hydrate the hair, improving overall texture and appearance.
