With extensive experience as a salon owner, stylist, educator, platform artist, creative director, and principal of hairdressing academies, Julian Perlingiero has conquered most facets of the hair industry. His journey started nearly thirty years ago on the East Coast, taking him to New York City and later Los Angeles, where he focused his career on educating fellow hair professionals in two of the country’s most renowned academies. Along with teaching countless students around the world, Julian also served an integral part of reinventing the geometric cutting system that so many hairdressers rely on today.

Julian’s comprehensive understanding of the craft and ability to parlay it into effective education offers hair professionals an unparalleled learning experience. Lindsay is a hair stylist committed to sustainable practices. She has successfully opened and managed two thriving salons, and in January 2023, Lindsay’s first collection was published in 17 different publications worldwide. Her work earned her a nomination for a prestigious Bellami award as well. Lindsay finds creative inspiration in the talent of her peers and in the power of color to transform even the simplest elements, like a blade of grass, into an intricate, beautiful image. She aims to deliver outstanding results that enhance not only her client’s appearance but also their overall well-being.

Lindsay came to work with Davines because of its dedication to product efficacy, sustainable practices, clear messaging and support for stylists, and her classes have left a lasting impact on hair professionals.
